Completion of your property purchase in Calabria
Set price package @ £750 inc. Legal assistance and POA.
What we do
- Arrange documentation required for completion.
- Inspect your property prior to completion to record any snags which need to be rectified
by the builder.
- Advise on funds required.
- Liase with the builder and notary.
- Liase with your mortgage broker if applicable.
- Drafting of the power of attorney document by an Independent Lawyer.
- Arrange for an Independent Lawyer to represent or assist you at the notary appointment.
- Checking of Cadastral details.
- Arranging details for making payment on the day of the final deed ie payment to the
builder/notary.
* Other costs in order to complete are below and can be paid directly to the parties
concerned on the day of the notary appointment.

- IVA ( Italian tax at 10% of the purchase price )
