Our basic package is designed to ensure your investment is well looked after whilst you are not on hand to do so yourself, whilst our premium package offers the same piece of mind with the addition of organising rental revenue for your property.

Premium package @ € 350 per annum to include

> Property report every month by email, should a problem arise

  photos will be supplied.

> Forwarding of mail to designated address.

> Advertise your property on our calabria4rentals.com website for free, normal

  rate € 220 per year.

> 0% rental commission rate.

> Welcome pack brochure

> Price list for additional services ~

> Changeover apartment clean € 50 ( Professional cleaning company)

> Laundry service € 40
